Integrity
A central part of building our brand and reputation in the market is the way in which we engage with clients. Our Three Core Principles for Client Engagement are:

- Confidentiality
- Cost Management
Encompassing everything we do is our integrity, honesty and credibility.
This often means recommending the ‘right thing’ not the easiest or simply regurgitating what the client wants to hear. We do not compromise on this.
Sustainability
As an international business we are continuously looking at ways to reduce our carbon footprint including:
- Hiring locally where possible
- Holding virtual meetings – optimising IP and conference call technology to minimise travel requirements
- Recycling at our office locations
- Encouraging a ‘paperless environment’
Community
As we grow, we are increasingly looking into opportunities to give back to the communities in which we operate and make a difference to those less advantaged than ourselves. Investment in young people is central to this. This includes:
- Establishing a relationship with South African charity “Twilight Children”,
- Partners donate 2-5% of their income to charity, which is matched by the company
- Attending charity events such as Help for Heroes & Facing Africa
- Looking into wider “Workplace Giving” schemes – this will be established in 2012
- Individual engagement in charities
