Barri Maggott joins Elix-IRR
We are delighted to announce that Barri Maggott has joined Elix-IRR as a Partner.
Barri brings the best of senior consulting and line experience. He was a partner in KPMG for 10 years after which he was COO and a board member of Momentum Investments where he was responsible for building shared services after their merger with Metropolitan.

During his consulting career Barri was engaged with a wide range of clients mainly in the financial services, oil and gas and retail industries. His consulting experience was gained mainly focusing on operating models, sourcing and shared services for IT, risk and finance functions.
He also spent three years at KPMG’s International Headquarters in Amsterdam where he was engaged in driving the strategy and product portfolio for the global IT advisory business, collaborating with consultants across the globe.
Most recently he was the Chief Operating Officer for Momentum Investments following the merger of Momentum and Metropolitan to form the third largest life insurer (MMI) in South Africa. He was also appointed to the asset management board in March 2011.
