Robert Fedder joins Elix-IRR as Partner
Elix-IRR today announced the appointment of Robert Fedder, who will join our leadership team as Partner.
Elix-IRR are delighted to appoint, Robert Fedder as a Partner in Elix-IRR. Robert joins us from O2 where he was Vice President running the online business and, previously, O2’s Small and Medium Enterprise and Small Office, Home Office (SoHo) Business Unit. Prior to this he drove the data sector at Vodafone, both in the UK and worldwide with Group. His extensive “buy side” experience also includes Board of Management membership of Compaq, where he was Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer and a Vice Presidency of leading Silicon Valley software business, Cadence Design Systems. Robert has held director and leadership roles at PA Consulting, KPMG, AT Kearney, and EDS where he was Director of Enterprise Transformation.

Robert has a Board level CMO/CSO track record within international B2B, telecoms, computer, IT, business services and consultancy industries and a reputation for intensive working, business turnarounds and transformations. Robert has deep experience in Online & Multichannel Commerce, BPO, Technology, Consumer and B2B telecoms, as well as the sector of new media connected technologies and content. He has worked and lived extensively in UK, Germany, USA, Australia, India, Japan, and in most countries in the rest of Europe.

Robert joins us from O2 where he was Vice President running the online business and, previously, O2’s Small and Medium Enterprise Business Unit. Robert also led JV development between Telefonica and a German automotive multi-national. Prior to this he drove the data sector at Vodafone, both in the UK and worldwide with Group.
Robert also founded, grew and sold a business start up, which has given him a keen eye for dynamic businesses. Before that, Robert was Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer for Compaq, driving the business back to its number one market position. Earlier, as a consultant advising company Boards, with clients such as Panasonic and HP, Robert has held director and leadership roles at KPMG, AT Kearney and EDS, where he was a deal-making Director of Enterprise Transformation. Robert holds a number of Partnerships and non-executive roles in businesses across Europe, and is an active supporter of charities involved in the rehabilitation of offenders.
Robert studied at the London School of Economics, BSc (Economics), and at the University of Vienna, Diploma.
Robert is married and loves to keep dogs, llamas, cats, rams, chickens and a pigeon.
