Typical activities

Harmony is Elix-IRRs proprietary software for managing suppliers throughout the supplier relationship lifecycle. It provides transparency to the programme manager of their company’s complete environment – technology, people, costs, assets, third parties, processes, contracts, etc. – in every location for all in-scope functions. Harmony then rolls this information up to a management dashboard where the whole sourcing journey can be tracked and monitored.
Visual Sourcing consistently organises important yet disparate information about the operations, allowing view across locations and assets, both ‘As-Is’ and ‘To-Be’.
