On our Graduate Training Programme:
If you are looking for a truly unique experience in consulting, then Elix-IRR is the place for you. Our consultants have the opportunity to travel around the world from Day 1, working with some of the largest multinational companies in the world. You will be socialising with senior executives from the very beginning. You will get valuable experience and training that cannot be taught in a typical graduate training programme by working directly alongside our senior advisors, gaining ‘on-the-job’ training every day. On our Internship Opportunities:
We offer the following internships:
- Summer
- Two-week Spring break
- Longer term (6 months to one year) full-time internships for recent graduates
