Christoph Schmidt joins Elix-IRR
We are delighted to announce that Christoph Schmidt has joined Elix-IRR as a Partner.
Christoph brings 22 years’ of services and sourcing experience across a number of industries with a focus on IT and BPO.
He has held various management and executive positions at IBM, EDS, hp and walter services, a German-Headquartered BPO CRM provider and Call Center. In his career Christoph has led teams in the functional areas of IT infrastructure, Applications, BPO and e-business from both sales and delivery perspectives. He has worked in Financial Services, Insurance, Telecommunications, Media, Retail and Healthcare. Throughout all of these roles he dealt with international teams building a particular expertise in cross cultural change journeys.
At IBM he received the Senior Leadership Team award for strategy and was one of the 101 Heads of the new economy of FT Germany, while at EDS he was the first European Sales Leader of the Year. His key transaction at walter services was the acquisition of a SEB subsidiary and transforming this unit into a BaFin/ KWG approved business unit.
