Elix-IRR appointed to run a CEO Manage For Cash Programme
Elix-IRR has been recently appointed to run a CEO programme, ‘Managing For Cash’ in one of the largest companies in the UK.
This includes re-negotiating with their top 200 suppliers, the largest of which include three IT outsource contracts of over £100m each per annum and re-baselining demand. This engagement will have a team of 13 from Elix-IRR and the same again from the client deployed for 6 months. This is a big piece of work with a short term cash objective, however the reason Elix-IRR were selected is the strength of the relationship and the particular emphasis on establishing sustainable solutions for the longer term health of our client.
I looked at four proposals all from hugely experienced operators, and have chosen Elix-IRR.
In their internal announcement the Group Procurement Director said “I’ve appointed the specialist team joining us for the Managing for Cash project. I looked at four proposals all from hugely experienced operators, and have chosen Elix-IRR”.
